If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Indusgala International

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to, accessible from

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.


Replacements can be done under following circumstances –

1) WRONG ITEM RECEIVED – If you received a wrong order please contact our Customer Care Team – with subject REPLACEMENT (order No) within 48 hours. We will dispatch the correct order asap and get the wrong item picked up.

2) BROKEN/MISSING ITEM – If you have received your product with missing parts, defects or broken, immediately notify our Customer Care team – with subject REPLACEMENT (order No) and IMAGE of the BROKEN PRODUCT. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.


We don’t entertain No Question Return Policy. In case the product is damaged or faulty it is replaced free of cost but in case the customer just wants to return it, we would like to know the reason behind it and shall accept return if the reason is valid enough. As long as the ordered article is unused and is without damages, breakages, dirt & scratches, We would accept any unused product in its original packing within 3 days of delivery. Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate the return process. You can contact us by either sending an email with Subject RETURN ORDER (order No) or Messaging on Whatsapp us at +91 7456807275 (11 AM – 4 PM).

We deduct To & Fro (Forward & Return) Shipping Charges from the Order Value and refund to the customer. In case of COD orders COD Fee  wont be refunded as a convenience fee for collecting cash and separate from product cost

Please do not return products without first speaking to a representative at IndusGala International Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer. Please mention the order number in big letters on the package and also place a paper inside the package with the order number written on it.

RETURN SHIPPING – Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse the cost of return shipping.

Method 1 – Kindly ensure that you use a track-able shipping method (e.g. DTDC,Delhivery, Blue Dart) with proper packing measures and cushion for glass and ceramic items. Please place a paper inside the package with the order number written on it.

Method 2 – can also schedule return shipping from the delivery address. Indusgala International would confirm the return shipping cost to be deducted fro the paid order value. Once the customer agrees and gives consent, the return shipping will be initiated. Please take proper packing measures and cushions for glass and ceramic items. Please place a paper inside the package with the order number written on it. .

REFUND FOR RETURN ORDERS – Refunds are processed within 3 days once the product has been received at Indusgala International Warehouse.The warehouse address mentioned below-

F-117, First Floor, TDI City Phase 2, Fatehabad Road, Agra,Uttar Pradesh –  283111

Prepaid orders – Refunds are processed within 48 working hours. Refund is allotted to the primary payment method used while placing the order by the customer for prepaid orders. Once the refund is processed it reflects in customer primary payment method account in 3-5 working days

COD orders – Refunds are processed after 72 hours for COD orders. Our team contacts the customers for UPI details and the refund is initiated. COD & SHIPPING FEE IS NOT REFUNDED

In case we received the return order in a damaged /used state we won’t be able to accept it and cannot allot a refund.


In case of requests for order cancellations, reserves the right to accept or reject those requests for any reason. As part of our usual business practice, we accept cancellation notices only within 24 hrs from the date of purchase only if the order has not been processed by us. In this case we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. However, we will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. We reserve the right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by and accepts our decision as final regarding the cancellation.
